  • Peel says that he'd like to see the then current film 'Alien'.
  • Peel announces some forthcoming dates for the Quads, one of which will be an appearance with the John Peel Roadshow. He can't remember which one it is though, but thinks it may be on 28 September at Birmingham University.
  • The Quads will be making their London debut the following evening at Dingwalls. Peel says he'd like to be there but he'll be presenting his show instead.
  • Passage was fronted by ex-Fall bassist Tony Friel.

Tracklisting[]

JP: "Jah gave us everything, including four goals last Saturday. I'm beginning I think to be not so concerned about that poor start I must confess." [1]
JP: "pressed about one day's journey by pack-mule off-centre."
JP: "Many of you may remember the name of Stowmarket, Suffolk from the old motoring reports but that was before they built the bypass. In those days of course they used to get lots of lorries stuck in the main street. But there are still things going on in Stowmarket and this is one of them."
