Loktibrada is Dalibor Kŕč, a Slovakian Techno DJ, who used a variety of names such as Drupi, Kre and Vlasta Drahokoupil. Loktibrada collaborated with Slovak DJ, Juraj Tokár (a.k.a. Rumenige), under the title of Olga+Jozef. Currently Olga+Jozef's name is now owned by Loktibrada. Based as a resident DJ in U.Club and Subclub in Bratislava, Slovakia, not much information is known about him in the English language press.

On his 15 April 1999 show, Peel mentioned recieving a record from Slovakia under the title of Olga+Jozef featuring the names of Kre and Rumenige, which he played a track from. Peel played a track of his solo material on his 04 October 2000 show under the name of Kre and also played a track from Loktibrada's collaboration with Rumenige on 26 August 2003.
