On his programme of 23 October 1980, Peel made a tongue in cheek suggestion that Dennis Waterman should appear on Roundtable, the long-running Radio One singles review show. Waterman had just released the single "I Could Be So Good For You", the theme tune to the TV series "Minder" that was written and performed by the actor. It would subsequently peak at #3 in the Top 40 singles chart in late November [1]. Waterman's collaboration with George Cole on the novelty single "What Are We Gonna Get 'Er Indoors?", was played on Top Of The Pops on 22 December 1983 (TOTP) when the programme was presented by Peel and Kid Jensen. The song peaked at number 23 in the UK singles chart.
